Are you passionate about making a real difference as an SEN Teaching Assistant? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team working with young people who have complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support in the classroom to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in a nurturing environment.

What you'll do as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs
Assist in implementing personalised learning plans
Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
Work closely with teachers and therapy teams to promote a positive learning environment
