We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Middlesbrough. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Position: Social Worker

Shift: Full-Time

Salary: £40,476 - £42,708 (Higher salary based on experience: £46,547 - £49,114)

Location: Middlesbrough

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: undertaking assessments, developing care plans, liaising with other agencies, attending case conferences, and ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Social Work Degree) and be registered with the HCPC.
Experience in safeguarding is essential, and experience working with specific vulnerable groups would be advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills are required.

Requirements:

Social Work England registered
Social Work Degree or equivalent
Enhanced DBS
