We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer?focused Parts Advisor to join the Parts Department at Renault Cardiff. You’ll be joining a welcoming team in a well?established main dealership where clear communication, accuracy and supportive teamwork are valued every day.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play an important role in keeping customers and our workshop moving by:
Serving customers at both the front counter (retail) and back counter (workshop).
Supporting Technicians with accurate and timely parts supply.
Managing parts ordering, deliveries, returns and stock control.
Looking after our parts storage area to ensure everything is safe, tidy and easy to access.
Using dealership systems such as Kerridge, Autoline or similar platforms.
Providing product information in a helpful, non?pressured way.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from people with:
Previous experience in a parts advisor or automotive parts environment.
Backgrounds in main dealers, manufacturer?owned groups, motor factors, trade parts operations or national parts retailers.
Confidence using automotive parts systems (Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop or similar).
A calm, helpful and professional approach to customer communication.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
If you have main dealer experience, you’ll be prioritised for interview, though this is not essential.
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (30?minute lunch break)
1?in?3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm (paid at time?and?a?half)
Basic salary: £27,500 per annum
Bonus: Achievable, regularly reached OTE of £33,000 per annum
