An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a well-established company based in Newburn.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

About the Role:

They are seeking someone who is confident in their work and displays a professional manner when liaising with other members of the team, suppliers and customers.

Outline of Roles and Responsibilities:

* Booking in jobs

* Organise ordering of parts for vehicle repairs at a competitive price

* Pricing any additional work required, contacting customer for authorisation and passing back through to workshop

* Quoting and invoicing customers

* Dealing with aftercare enquiries

* Organising job cards

* Basic workshop administration

* Monitor technician efficiencies

* Checking customers vehicles onto site and checking out loan vehicles.

* Monitoring progress through the workshop.

* Liaising with the customer throughout.

* Provide excellent customer service, maintain and develop relationships.

* Handling money and organising banking when required

* Key holder

Experience required:

* This role would suit somebody who has experience of working in the Automotive Industry and has a good understanding of the repair process.

* Must have previous experience working as a similar role.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* A full UK driving licence is required.

* Day shift

* Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

* Weekend, every other Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
