Shifts available:

AM Shift – 6:00am to 2:00pm - £24,297

PM Shift – 2:00pm to 10:00pm - £25,369

The Role

Lead a team of production operatives to achieve daily targets.
Set up and operate production lines, working with technicians where required.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Train, mentor, and support both permanent and temporary staff.
Carry out quality checks and complete required production paperwork.
Maintain equipment and ensure smooth running of the line.
Monitor efficiency, identify issues, and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules.
Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment.

The Person

Previous leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
Ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Flexible approach to shifts and overtime.
Positive, proactive, and adaptable to change.
