Key Responsbilities

Setting out for a range of civils works, including excavation, structures, drainage, and concrete operations
Ensuring works meet design specifications, programme milestones, and safety regulations

Managing and reviewing site documentation, drawings, and QA records

Coordinating with Site Agents, Supervisors, and Subcontractors to ensure smooth on-site delivery

Carrying out as-built surveys, QA checks, and material take-offs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally in heavy civils

CSCS card (mandatory)

SMSTS/SSSTS certification (preferred)
