Project Manager - FM Service Provider - Southeast London up to £80,000

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Project Manager to look after a portfolio within London & Home counties. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to South-East London.

The successful candidate will be carrying out projects up to £2million.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and Project management.

This position would be ideal for a Project Manager currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical, Mechanical + HVAC and Plumbing projects.

In return the company are offering a salary up to £80,000 with training and a bonus on offer.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Experience in financial and commercial management
Delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects from £100k up to £2million
Experienced in managing sub-contractors
Negotiating with clients and identifying new works
Ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Providing financial reviews and forecast
Carrying out performance reviews, training and development of the team
Liaising with the Client ensuring they are kept up to date and informed with any issues within the project
Ensuring the project adheres to both client and company QSHE Policy and Procedures
Providing technical knowledge to the team and client Required Skills:

Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical or Air Conditioning
Experience in carrying out projects up to £2million
3+ years experience in a similar role
Experience with Financial and Commercial Management
Excellent communication skills
