Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Glastonbury. This is a full-time, term-time only role with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum
Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
Helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
A patient, caring, and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and child development
