Shift Manager

We're opening a brand new Drive Thru at The Shires Retail Park in Leamington Spa, which means we are growing our family.

The ideal Shift Manager would have experience working in a Drive Thru and be used to working in a fast-paced QSR environment that is exposed to high-volume sales and a large team. You need to be adaptable when it comes to people and customers, and be driven to deliver great results.

In every restaurant, you'll find talented Shift Managers and you will be responsible for supporting the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived.

Our Shift Manager are there to demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team and bringing our values to life for their team and our customers.

Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries while providing a above & beyond experience for your team and customers

Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience - You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way

You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management
