The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS or a PGCE with a degree in Psychology or a related field

Have experience teaching Psychology at GCSE and A-Level (AQA/Edexcel experience desirable)

Be a reflective practitioner with a growth mindset and strong classroom management skills
