What you'll be doing:
As Head Chef, you'll oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and costing seasonal menus that excite and engage guests

Maintaining a 5-star food safety operation

Motivating and managing a brigade of 8 chefs

Managing the kitchen's P&L account and achieving set KPIs

Leading by example and supporting the development of your Sous Chef and wider kitchen team

What we're looking for:
We're looking for a Head Chef in New Milton who brings:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef within a quality, high-volume kitchen

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

The ability to manage costs while maintaining exceptional standards
