The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all electrical systems within the building, delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the highest standards.
Day-to-day duties include:
Carrying out scheduled preventative electrical maintenance and responding to faults
Performing minor works across basic mechanical and fabric systems
Troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety policies and site protocols
This is a static role, based solely on-site in Edinburgh. No travel between sites is required. What You’ll Need
Recognised Level 3 Electrical qualifications (City & Guilds 2365, 2357, or equivalent NVQ)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience in commercial building maintenance or FM environments
Ability to work within a shift-based team and maintain high service standards
Additional accreditations (JIB, IPAF, PASMA) are advantageous but not essential. What’s on Offer
£40,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday split shift pattern - 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
