We are delighted to be recruiting for a Client Partner in Lytham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great team with a company with a sterling reputation. This role is suitable for people commuting from Preston, Kirkham, South shore, ST’Annes and Blackpool.

Client Partner Salary: up to £65,000 + bonuses

Client Partner Hours: 9am-5pm Monday- Friday

Client Partner Roles and responsibilities:

* Responsible for a portfolio of clients

* Ensure compliance deadlines are met for all clients.

* Preparing accounts, VAT returns (as needed), corporation tax returns and any other compliance work needed for filing at Companies House and HMRC.

* Manage a team of assistants and accountants, having regular one to ones with the team, and ensuing that they have everything needed to carry out their duties.

* Identify when new members of staff are needed for your team and take responsibility for the recruitment.

* Proactively measure and monitor results to identify and implement opportunities for improvement, to delight the client and facilitate growth.

* Oversee the onboarding of new clients, to ensure that the client journey is smooth and to the highest standards, and the necessary registrations are taken care off.

Client Partner key competencies:

* Studying towards or qualified ACCA/CTA and/or minimum 3 years’ experience working in an accountant role or equivalent.

* Strong organisational and analytical skills.

* The ability to develop trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders.

* Able to work independently and as part of a Team.

* Ability to deal with clients and members of the company with empathy, and in line with the company values
