Customer Account Manager Altrincham c£24,000 - £25,000

A leading national wholesaler based in the heart of Trafford, have an exciting new vacancy for a proven Customer Service professional. Market leaders in their field, with a combined turnover of £50 million they have ambitious continued plans for growth. 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) & free on-site parking

Duties:

* Liaising with wholesale customers regarding large value orders, resolving customer enquires

* Receiving inbound calls from customers, producing new quotes, through to order processing, providing updates on prices and stock levels

* Inputting orders onto the in-house system

* Working internally to resolve any stock or supply chain issues

Experience required:

* Passionate & driven about providing outstanding customer care

* Excellent written grammar, as drafting emails to customers is a large part of the role
