Must Have’s
* Previous experience of making outbound calls
* Confidence in cold and warm calling potential clients
* Ability to prioritise workload based on sales pipeline and strategic goals
* Resilience and professionalism in handling objections
Nice to Have’s
* Experience in financial services or contact centre environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
So, what will you be doing?
* Calling warm and cold leads to qualify opportunities and refer them to the broking team
* Communicating effectively and handling objections
* Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, organising leads by renewal date
* Working with sales and business development teams to align priorities and goals
* Providing excellent service to internal stakeholders and potential customers
