About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain / Supplier Development Manager to join their Sub-Assemblies team in the Defence sector. You will manage supplier performance, capability, and risk across multiple programmes in a dynamic, high-technology environment.

As a Supplier Development Manager, you will:

* Manage a portfolio of suppliers, improving delivery, quality, and efficiency

* Conduct capacity audits, process validation, and lead-time analysis

* Identify, escalate, and mitigate supply chain risks

* Implement improvement plans using lean and problem-solving techniques

* Support supply chain excellence initiatives

As a Supplier Development Manager, you will bring:

* Degree level supply chain professional with international experience in high-tech environments

* Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing or highly regulated environments, particularly machining and surface treatments

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
