We're looking for a seasoned Tax Advisor to lead international tax compliance and strategy across a fast-growing renewable energy business operating in multiple markets. This is a rare opportunity to shape the global tax direction of an organisation with real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Tax Compliance & Reporting

* Manage tax processes across all business entities, including filings, payments, and reconciliations.

* Prepare and submit tax returns and support tax audits by liaising with authorities and auditors.

* Lead personal income tax compliance for our globally mobile workforce.

Tax Advisory & Risk Management

* Advise management on national and international tax matters, offering practical, strategic solutions.

* Identify and mitigate tax risks while supporting informed decision-making.

* Collaborate with local and international tax advisors on corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax.

Process Improvement & Regulatory Compliance

* Stay ahead of evolving tax legislation, ensuring we remain compliant and efficient.

* Recommend and implement improvements to tax processes and reporting.

* Support international tax registrations, such as tax numbers and busines registrations.

Stakeholder Engagement

* Act as a key contact for internal teams on all tax-related questions.

* Work closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to align tax strategy with the wider business.

What we’re looking for:

* 5/10 years’ experience in tax advisory or compliance, ideally with international exposure.

* A degree in Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.

* In-depth knowledge of tax laws across multiple jurisdictions.

* Strong Excel skills and fluency in English (other languages are a bonus).

* A structured, analytical, and proactive approach to work.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex tax issues clearly.
