JDR are recruiting an Electrical Technician on behalf of our expanding client based in Aberdeen. Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to work within their workshop both manufacturing and servicing electrical equipment and power systems.
 
The Role: Electrical Technician
Location: Aberdeen
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £41,500 DOE
 
What you will be doing as an Electrical Technician:

Electrical Panel assembly for low voltage systems
Control panel installation
Service and maintenance of electrical systems
Carry out final testing of control systems
Carry out site visits on occasion Experience/skills our client are looking for:

Recognised electrical apprenticeship
Good problem-solving skills
Fitting of electrical equipment and components
Competent wiring skills such as crimping, soldering, cable routing
Competence with wiring diagrams
Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines
