Children's Registered Manager - Residential Care - Manchester
We are seeking a dedicated Children's Registered Manager to oversee a residential care service for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in the Manchester region. Ideal candidates will hold a Level 5 qualification in leadership and management, with previous experience as a deputy or registered manager within children’s residential care. Strong leadership skills, excellent organisational ability, and a commitment to safeguarding and quality standards are essential. Knowledge of OFSTED regulations, experience in managing staff teams, and the ability to maintain high standards of care are critical for success in this position. The role involves working full-time, Monday to Friday, with additional on-call duties to ensure continuous service delivery.
