The Role

As Café Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all café operations. This is a varied position where you'll oversee everything from supplier management and ordering to ensuring top-class customer service. Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day café operations
Set up and review contracts with suppliers
Maintain adequate stock levels
Train colleagues in drink preparation and correct use of equipment
Maintain Environmental Health compliance records (fridge temperatures, food safety, cleaning)
Keep expenditure records up to date
Manage the staff discount scheme
Ensure all café and preparation areas are clean and well-maintained
Report faults and manage equipment repairs
Complete any required training, including Level 3 Hygiene and Food SafetyWhy Apply?
