They are now seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and expand the reach and application of their product offering within the sports and leisure markets.

The Role

This is a pivotal role focused on accelerating commercial growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence within a specialist segment. The Business Development Manager will identify and convert new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and shape strategies that align with evolving customer needs and company objectives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored and commercially viable solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the sports or leisure industry. A strong track record in securing high-value contracts, managing sales pipelines, and driving market expansion is essential. Commercial acumen and the ability to use market insight to support decision-making are also key.
