Are you a technically minded sales professional with hands-on HVAC experience? Do you thrive on seeing a project through from initial brief to final handover?

We're recruiting for an Area Sales Manager with a strong technical foundation, ideally someone who has been "on the tools" and understands HVAC systems inside and out. This isn't just a sales role, it's about taking full ownership of projects: surveying sites, specifying solutions, pricing jobs, and ensuring successful delivery.

The Role:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities in key sectors: hospitals, hotels, data centres, and other commercial buildings.
Deliver full cradle-to-grave project sales, from lead generation through to delivery.
Selling products including but not limited to air conditioning units, chillers, boilers, air source heat pumps, air handling units.
Conduct site visits, technical surveys and present tailored HVAC solutions.
Liaise closely with contractors, consultants, and end-users to provide optimal solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar sales or project delivery role within the HVAC industry.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (particularly AC units, chillers, boilers, air handling units).
Knowledge of selling into sectors like healthcare, hospitality, and critical infrastructure (e.g. data centres).
Motivated and proactive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid UK driving licence.
