The Role
As the Scheduler, you’ll:
• Schedule planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and work orders for engineers.
• Liaise with tenants, clients, and contractors to ensure efficient scheduling of responsive repairs.
• React to emergencies raised by clients and oversee engineer attendance.
• Manage completion of PPMs and reactive tasks using Maximo.
• Produce monthly performance reports and chase subcontractors for updates.
You
To be successful in the role of Scheduler, you’ll bring:
• Experience in scheduling, repairs planning, or facilities coordination.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle queries effectively.
• Familiarity with Maximo or CAFM systems is advantageous, but not essential.
• A proactive approach to managing workload and achieving performance targets.
• Ability to work under pressure with high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls.
