Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in a brand-new role—someone who can turn data into decisions, insight into action, and collaboration into results.

This is more than just crunching numbers. You’ll be a trusted advisor, working alongside senior leaders to shape strategy, deliver key projects, and make a real impact on the direction of the business.

What You’ll Do

? Strategic Support

* Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and implement strategic initiatives.

* Conduct internal and external analysis to identify commercial opportunities and operational improvements.

* Develop business cases, reports, and presentations that drive board-level decision-making.

? Project Planning & Delivery

* Support planning and execution of strategic and operational projects across departments.

* Maintain project documentation, timelines, deliverables, and risk registers.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned and on track.

* Monitor project performance and provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders.

? Data & Insight

* Collect and analyse operational and financial data to inform smarter decisions.

* Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track performance and spot trends.

* Present insights in a way that’s clear, engaging, and actionable.

* Support pricing models, cost-benefit analysis, and contract performance tracking.

? Stakeholder Engagement

* Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to understand business needs.

* Translate complex data into practical recommendations.

* Communicate findings with clarity, empathy, and impact.

What You’ll Bring

* 3–5 years’ experience in a strategic, analytical, or project-focused role.

* Strong project planning and coordination skills.

* High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Bonus points if you have experience in:

* Security, facilities management, or service-based industries.

* Regulated environments or compliance-driven services.

* Commercial strategy or business transformation projects.
