Deputy Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a pivotal role that will support the seamless day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high operational standards, identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Workplace Inspections & Site Management
* Daily Operational Support
* Deputising for the Facilities Manager and Commercial Manager
* Health, Safety & Compliance
* Security Management
The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing a high quality service and maintaining exceptional standards, be hands on and flexible to the varying demands of the school and a natural leader. They will also have proven experience in an operations, facilities or site management role, ideally within an education setting or similar multi-site environment.
The Deputy Operations Manager will be required to work such hours as is necessary to perform the duties of the role, but will be based on a flexible 40-hour working week. The role will involve occasional out-of-hours working, including early mornings, evenings and weekends subject to the demands of the role. TOIL can be taken back during holiday time for additional hours worked.
