Job Summary
Barnsley Recruitment Services are seeking a skilled Skidsteer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Bobcat to perform various tasks such as moving recycled materials around the site and general housekeeping. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Internal and external licence accepted. Monday to Friday (Apply online only)

Responsibilities

* Operate the Bobcat safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.

* Perform material handling as required by project specifications.

* Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on the Bobcat to ensure optimal performance.

* Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.

* Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery.

* Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Experience

* Proven experience operating a Bobcat or similar machinery is essential.

* A valid commercial driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.

* Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.

* Previous experience in construction or landscaping is advantageous.

* Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
