Role: Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Rate: Up to £375pd. CIS

Location: Mansfield, office and site based

Contract Length: 6-12 months with likely extension

Overview

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor has become available with a well-established organisation in Nottinghamshire. This role is to support the established commercial team, working on a local authority housing refurbishment contract including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and fire protection.

* Contract Implementation

Person

* Strong Communication skills

* JCT and NEC forms of contract experience

* Positive and proactive approach

* Experience of fire protection

* Experience in local authority housing refurbishment projects

Remuneration

* 6 month+ contract with option for further work

* CIS payments - weekly
