Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm).

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional customer services person to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business who have a long-standing presence in Telford. Working within their commercial team, there are excellent routes for progression within short time frames for the right motivated candidate.

Role Description.

* Carry out office administrative tasks, including packing, posting, printing, binding.

* Collate and analyse sales data to identify trends and patterns.

* Support the development of new and existing products in partnership with innovation, commercial & production teams.

* Provide customer/product portfolio analysis including competitor landscape.

* Work closely with the Customer Support Managers to carry out local and group projects.

* Carry out regular product testing.

Skills and Qualifications.

* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Experience of interfacing effectively with internal and external customers.

* Excellent team working skills.

* Proven experience of managing multiple tasks efficiently through to completion.

* Competent using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

* Current, valid driving licence
