Description
An Interim Senior ER Advisor to:
Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
Support managers in addressing complex employee relations cases.
Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
Collaborate with the HR team to implement best practices in employee relations.
Deliver training and coaching to line managers on ER topics.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all cases.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
Profile
A successful Interim Senior ER Advisor should have:
A strong background in employee relations within the Human Resources field.
Proven experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with managers and employees.
Experience managing complex ER cases with a high level of professionalism.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
