A growing professional services organisation in Bromley is looking for a proactive Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive growth, elevate brand visibility and lead strategic marketing initiatives.

If you’re a hands-on marketer with strong commercial instincts, this role gives you real ownership and impact.

What You’ll Do

* Lead and deliver the company marketing strategy.

* Manage digital channels, content, social, SEO and agency partners.

* Drive business development: new opportunities, partnerships, client relationships.

* Track KPIs, analyse performance and optimise campaigns.

* Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape growth plans.

What We’re Looking For

* Solid experience in Marketing and Business Development (legal or regulated sector experience ideal).

* Proven success driving growth, campaigns and brand engagement.

* Confident with digital tools, CRM systems and analytics.
