Our client, a highly regarded and family-run nursery group, is seeking a passionate and driven Nursery Manager to oversee their established setting in the Sherwood area of Nottingham.

The Role
As Nursery Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated nursery team.

Ensuring high-quality teaching and learning environments.

Building strong, positive relationships with families, staff, and external agencies.

Maintaining compliance and readiness for Ofsted inspections.

Driving continuous improvement and staff development.

About you
We’re Looking for someone with:
*
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK recognised).
*
Strong leadership experience within an early years setting.
*
In-depth knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
*
A passion for inspiring and supporting both children and staff.
*
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths – or willingness to obtain within 2 years.
