We’re partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer in East Riding, known for its innovation and quality. They’re seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team and help drive HR excellence across the site.
? Key Responsibilities:

Report to the HR Manager while managing a small HR team of 4 including 2 HR Advisors & 1 HR Assistant.
*
Provide hands-on, practical HR support to Managers across all employee lifecycle stages
*
Lead on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
*
Coach, support, and develop your team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services
*
Deliver and analyse key HR KPIs, using insights to influence improvements in engagement, retention, and absenteeism
*
Be a visible and trusted HR presence on site, championing communication and culture
*
Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a great candidate and employee experience
*
Contribute to training, employee forums, surveys and other engagement initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For:
*
Experienced HR professional with a generalist background in manufacturing, FMCG or similar
*
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
*
Proven experience in managing or mentoring an HR team
*
Confident, organised, and approachable with strong influencing skills
*
Able to juggle priorities and remain calm under pressure
*
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) preferred
*
Most importantly – someone who brings positive energy, emotional intelligence and a real care for people
