A renowned construction consultancy based in London is seeking a driven and capable Project Manager to join their established team delivering high-value commercial developments across the capital. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to work on major schemes within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that provides full chartership support and clear career progression.

The successful Project Manager will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects, gaining exposure to every stage of the development lifecycle. Working alongside experienced professionals and supportive senior leadership, the Project Manager will be trusted with real responsibility and given the tools to develop quickly towards a Senior Project Manager position.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will lead project workstreams across pre-construction, construction and handover phases. Responsibilities will include managing consultants and contractors, chairing progress meetings, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards.

The Project Manager will be a visible presence on site, upholding health and safety protocols, overseeing snagging activities, and liaising closely with client and contractor teams. You will be instrumental in reviewing variations, tracking progress, and maintaining strong communication across all project stakeholders.

To be considered for this Project Manager role, you would ideally have:

A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Experience delivering construction projects in a consultancy or client-side environment

A recognised project management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMP) or working towards one

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

A detail-focused, solutions-driven mindset
