This is a part-time, permanent position ideally suited for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and inclusive secondary school setting, supporting students across Key Stages 3 to 5.

The Role
As a General Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support classroom teachers across various subjects and key stages
• Provide one-on-one and small group intervention to students who need additional help
• Assist with behaviour management, classroom preparation, and lesson delivery
• Work closely with students with additional needs to ensure full access to learning
• Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (paid or voluntary)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work collaboratively with staff and students
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire young people
