Our client are a manufacturer based in Brierley Hill. Due to expansion they have a need to take on an additional customer services person
Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Responsible To: Customer Service Manager
Hours of Work:
37 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 09.00 – 17.00)
Customer Support
Offer help and support to new and existing customers.
Respond effectively and timely to customer queries received via phone and email, relating to orders, pricing and products etc.
Work as a team to ensure the departments metrics are adhered to
Supporting Sales Managers with territory support
Process quality complaints into our Complaints Management System and advising dealers of our preventative action
Develop a good working relationship with internal customers to ensure effective external customer service
Process quality complaints into our Complaints Management System gathering all evidence required
Account management
Sign customers up to our services ie sundial, sunparts, stock out emails
Processing credits
Issuing customer pro active order books weekly
Managing a product segment backlog
Raise awareness of demonstration loan stock available
General administration duties
MANDATORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Observe at all times the business code of conduct “Do the Right Thing”.
Perform role in accordance with all relevant quality standards and adhere to all relevant processes / policies within the GMS.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety / Environmental and Welfare requirements.
Ensure general housekeeping requirements are adhered to.

A busy demanding and very rewarding role
This role due to it’s diverse nature can at times require the post holder to work under a certain amount of pressure
To ensure the customer experiences the highest level of service a flexible approach to duties must be taken
