We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our specialist care home for adults with mental health needs. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred support, while leading a dedicated team to deliver positive outcomes for our Service Users.

Salary: circa £65,000 per year
Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent, with on-call responsibilities
Location: Keighley

Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, supportive, therapeutic environment.
• Deliver high-quality, recovery-focused, person-centred care for Service Users.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
• Oversee care planning, clinical governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, lead, supervise, and develop staff; champion a positive, learning culture.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.
• Build constructive relationships with Service Users, families, professionals, and stakeholders.

Essential Criteria
• Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with current NMC registration.
• Proven management experience in a residential/care home supporting adults with mental health needs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills; resilient and solution-focused.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practice in mental health care.
• Commitment to recovery-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centred approaches.
