Minimum 2/3 years’ experience

* BOHS P402 qualified

Core Responsibilities:

* Management & Refurbishment/Demolition Asbestos Surveys

* Sampling in accordance with HSG264

* Report writing/accurate data uploading. (Alpha Tracker/Teams)

* Advising clients of asbestos liabilities and management protocols

To be successful in this role you will:

* Be prepared to work nationwide – Commercial and private domestic properties

* Be adaptable, courteous, organised, and self-motivated - prioritising workload accordingly

* Demonstrate good interpersonal skills

* Hold a full clean driving licence

* Have or be prepared to apply for police clearance and positive vetting clearance

Remuneration Package:

* Competitive salary £34,000 to £38,000 depending on skills and experience

* Paid travel – Door to door.

* Overtime

* Annual car allowance £4.6k + mileage allowance

* Subsistence allowance

* 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays and 4 days Christmas shut down)
