Location: Blackpool & Fylde Coast

Contract: Full-time, Long-term, and Daily Supply options available

Are you a qualified educator who can step into a classroom and command respect through expertise and empathy? We are seeking dedicated Secondary Teachers to support mainstream schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of learners. While many students are eager to learn, some may demonstrate challenging behaviour or have underlying SEND and SEMH needs. Your mission is to provide stability and high-quality education, ensuring that every student - regardless of their background or needs receives a "fresh start" in your classroom.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

08:15 - Preparation & Prep: Arriving early to familiarise yourself with the curriculum, organise resources, and set the tone for the morning.
08:45 - Form Time: Leading a tutor group, conducting "check-ins," and preparing students for the day ahead.
09:15 - Teaching Periods: Delivering 5-6 high-impact lessons. You will use your subject expertise to bypass the "fear of failure" and keep students engaged.
Break & Lunch - Marking & Planning: Using your downtime for essential admin and preparing for the afternoon sessions.
15:30 - Beyond the Bell: * Daily Supply: Your day typically ends here with a quick debrief and handover.
Long-term Roles: You will dive deeper into school life, leading after-school clubs, attending departmental meetings, or engaging in parent evenings and training.
17:00 - Reflection: Completing the marking and planning cycle to ensure you are ready to inspire again tomorrow.Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for professionals who hold QTS/QTLS and have successfully completed their NQT/ECT induction year.

Subject Expertise: You possess a PGCE (or equivalent) and a strong grasp of your specialist subject area.
The Unflappable Mindset: You remain calm and consistent, using your experience to manage "difficult" behaviour with professional empathy.
Adaptability: Whether you are in a classroom for a day or a term, you can pivot your delivery to meet the specific SEND or emotional needs of the room.
