What You'll Do:
As a Junior Project Co-ordinator, you will be the backbone of our project teams, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately tracking and controlling finances to ensure timely invoicing.
Collaborating with Programme Management and finance teams for accurate customer billing.
Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of diverse projects.
Maintaining consultant schedules to align with project priorities.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables stay on track.
Tracking project progress and preparing insightful status reports.
Identifying and flagging potential risks or delivery issues proactively.
Who You Are:
You're an enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail! Ideal candidates will possess:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
The ability to organise, multitask, and thrive under pressure.
