Career Makers are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Team Leader to work for our client in Ashton-In-Makerfield, WN4.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of the production line.

* Ensuring quality and safety targets are met during production processes.

* Provide support to production team members and operate when required.

* Enforce and uphold company health and safety standards.

* Ensure activities are carried out in line with company policies.

* Lead, motivate and support production staff to meet operational goals.

* Provide training and mentoring to team members.

* Assist with scheduling and coordinating production activities to meet demand.

* Monitor workflow and adjust resources to maintain efficiency.

* Identify and resolve issues affecting production in real time.

* Work alongside the engineering team.

* Coordinate with other departments to support end-to-end production efficiency.

* Communicate effectively across shifts and maintain clear records.

Requirements:

* Experience within a team leader or supervisor role within a manufacturing environment is preferred .

* Working knowledge of mechanical processes and production machinery.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

* Strong decision making and problem

Pay rate: £13.80

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm (rotating weekly)
