As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a vital role within the business identifying large new opportunities, acting as a key contact with new and potential clients as they develop into large long lasting contracts which will involve working with our technical field sales consultant and other departments across the business.
Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary of up to £35,000 dependant on experience
* Very generous bonus/commission structure up to a additional 50% annually

What you will be doing:
* Sales calls to book introductory meetings with potential clients.
* Identifying and contacting new leads, establishing long lasting relationships.
* Meeting clients virtually over Microsoft teams and Zoom to build a relationship and identify new quoting opportunities.
* Negotiating and presenting with clients over the phone.
* Researching and putting together comprehensive proposals for clients.
* Consistent and frequent reporting to managers against the personal sales funnel and company sales funnel.
* Ensuring balanced and productive control over target leads.
* Working with our Technical Building Consultants to provide the best solution for our clients.
* Keeping up to date legislation to develop a robust knowledge of the company’s services and solutions.
* Management and control of the company CRM system and sales lead software
* Working towards challenging but achievable KPIs.
* Within this role you will towards your KPIs, so experience in a sales-based role is essential.
