Role: Level 3 Nursery Assistant

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: £90-£100 PAYE + Holiday Pay

Tradewind are currently working with a Nursery who are looking for a qualified Nursery Assistant to join them on a full-time basis. In order to apply for this role you must have a Level 3 Diploma or qualification that is recognised as full and relevant which enables you to work within the schools child to staff ratio.

You will be joining a large Early Years team who make collaboratively to ensure there is a safe and fun working environment for the Nurseries youngest learners.

The role will be temporary in the first instance but for the strongest candidates, you will often be offered a permanent role.

A recognised level 3 qualification
A good knowledge of the Early Years curriculum
An ability to encourage learning through play
