What we offer:
Base salary of £28,000 to £30,000
Realistic first-year earnings of £33,000 to £38,000
Commission from day one
35 days of annual leave

What you'll do in your first year:
Source, interview, and support candidates for teaching and school-based roles
Create high-quality CVs and profiles for client marketing
Work alongside our sales consultants to match candidates to vacancies
Hit clear and achievable weekly targets
Earn commission as you contribute to your team's success
After your first year, you'll step into a Sales Consultant role, with further training in:
Business development and account growth
Negotiation and commercial strategy
Compliance, safeguarding, and education regulations
Objection handling and relationship management
Time management and high-performance habits
