Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 - £110 per day

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and inclusive school in Lincoln, starting September 2025.

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

Support the class teacher with planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities.
Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils, especially those with additional learning needs.
Support students’ academic progress, behaviour, and emotional development.
Help prepare and organise classroom materials and displays.
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
Requirements for a Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting is desirable.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles.
A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
