A nurturing and inclusive secondary school in Slough is seeking an ECT who is passionate about SEN to work within its Inclusion Faculty from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach your specialism (e.g., Science, Art, DT, or Food Tech) while also taking a pastoral and intervention-based approach with high-needs students.
You’ll work closely with the SENCO and the wider pastoral team, delivering lessons that are carefully adapted to meet learners’ needs and fostering a classroom climate of belonging and high expectations.
