Job Description:
• Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Scheduling appointments for maintenance jobs and coordinating with engineers
• Preparing service quotations and raising callouts as needed
• Submitting permits and providing essential documents such as RAMS and visit reports
• Assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the Service Office

• Organised and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
