Technical Area Sales Manager Underfloor Heating (UK Field-Based)
A market leader in underfloor heating and climate-building solutions is seeking a Technical Area Sales Manager to drive sales and support for its air source heating, underfloor heating, and domestic water systems. This is a critical hire following a recent resignation and offers the chance to join a growing UK renewables business with the backing of a major European group.
The Role
Drive sales growth across the UK, focusing on air source, underfloor heating, and domestic water systems
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, housebuilders, and installers
Deliver technical quotes, designs, site visits, and training
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
What You’ll Need
Proven HVAC sales experience, ideally in air source and underfloor heating
Strong technical knowledge and ability to engage at all levels
Experience working with specifiers, contractors, and housebuilders
Self-sufficient, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel nationally (home-based, ideally Midlands/North)
Package
£50K–£55K basic
£6K car allowance
