Due to internal promotion, we are now offering a fantastic opportunity for a driven Estimating Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding Engineering team.

If you have strong fabrication/engineering knowledge and enjoy turning customer drawings into accurate quotes, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

*

Produce accurate cost estimates from technical drawings

*

Create labour/material costings and routing information

*

Liaise with suppliers and manage sub-contract requirements

*

Prepare and input full quotations for customers

*

Handle enquiries, provide technical support, and resolve queries

*

Work closely with internal teams to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

*

Time-served/shop floor experience in fabrication or engineering

*

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and RFQs

*

Confident discussing technical requirements / solutions with customers both face to face and over the phone.

*

Experience in estimating, technical sales, or account management.

*

Previously achieved circa 1 million in direct sales per year.

*

Ideally experienced mentoring or managing a small team of estimator.

Hours:

Week 1: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm

Week 2: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–2pm
