Litho Print Minder – Double Day Shift

Competitive Salary – £28,500 - £33,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Cubed Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded print manufacturer. We are seeking an experienced Litho Print Minder to join a busy production team working a double day shift pattern.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled print professional looking for long-term stability within a high-quality, fast-paced printing environment.

The Role
Working alongside No.1 Printers, you will support the operation of Heidelberg XL 106 6 & 7 Colour Presses with coater, assisting in the consistent delivery of high-quality UV and conventional print work.
You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, using your experience to resolve day-to-day production issues and maintain exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting the printing process to meet production and quality targets

* Assisting on lithographic printing machinery during double-day shifts

* Monitoring print quality, colour consistency, and materials

* Troubleshooting and resolving print and machinery issues

* Cleaning and maintaining equipment to a high standard

* Adhering to all health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards

About You

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a litho printing environment

* Experience assisting on Heidelberg presses (XL 106 preferred)

* Strong understanding of print materials and colour standards

* Proactive, reliable, and able to work on your own initiative

* Passion for producing high-end, quality print

Early Shift: Mon–Thu 6:00am–1:45pm | Fri 6:00am–12:30pm

Late Shift: Mon–Thu 1:30pm–9:00pm | Fri 12:15pm–7:45pm
