This is a good opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading FM company working on a globally known contract. You will be Working at a large commercial complex at a leading global business. The role could develop into an ongoing role which could turn permanent for the right operative.

Responsibilities

* General fabric work (tiling, carpentry, plastering, etc)

* Reactive work

* Asset tagging

* Respond to all enquiries promptly

* Good experience with hand tools

Requirements

* 1 years minimum building experience

* Relevant experience

* Excellent client facing skills

* Experience working within the Building Service environment

* Be able to provide references
